You can refresh your recording time anytime by choosing your current plan again. NotesBot starts a new billing cycle today, resets your hours to that plan's full allocation, and replaces your existing subscription. You can also switch to a larger plan if you need more hours every month, or wait for your normal billing reset.
Subscriptions belong to the payer's account. Use /setup-server to let a Discord server share that account's hours.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new user gets one 30-minute free trial with no credit card required. It is a one-time trial and does not renew monthly. Simply add NotesBot to your server and type /join in any voice channel to start.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your recording hours reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Discord using the /subscribe and /cancel commands or inside the user dashboard.
Do all team members need their own subscription?
No. One subscription covers the entire Discord server. Use /setup-server to link your server to your subscription, then any member can start a recording with /join. Hours are shared across the server under the subscribing user's account.
What happens if I run out of hours?
If you run out, you can choose the same plan again to reset your hours immediately, or switch to a larger plan. Either option starts a new billing cycle today and replaces your existing subscription. You can also wait for your normal billing reset.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
